Nová sladovna

As the name suggests, our restaurant is located directly on the site of the former malt house of the original bourgeois brewery, which was converted into a shopping centre in 2012. Beer is thus brewed again on the site where its production began in 1825. Our brewery is in the basement of the OC Breda & Weinstein directly below the restaurant, so the beer is aged in ideal conditions. Our range includes bottom-fermented classic lagers and top-fermented ales and IPAs. In addition to these, we also offer other special beers on a rotating basis, such as beers made with fresh green hops, rye malt, wheat malt, porter and more.
