Our main intention is to make everything craftsman-like in high quality to achieve an authentic taste and make the ice cream a gastronomic experience. When it’s a creamy flavour, it’s made with full-fat fresh milk and cream, and when it’s sorbets, it’s made with fresh fruit, preferably seasonal. We believe that quality is more important than quantity, which is why we only ever have 12 flavours in our display case. Our passion is to use the best ingredients on the market, such as pistachios from the Bronte, vanilla pods from Madagascar or Breton butter for ice cream and salted caramel.

Our own original ice creams include white chocolate with redcurrant and red pepper or also “Pink Panther”, which is a sorbet made of white peaches, raspberries and pink grapefruit and many other flavours. In the winter of 2020, we started making handmade popsicles. Gradually, we have developed our own know-how.
