BBQ-art bistro

We are a husband-and-wife team from Kravaře near Opava, who have been working in the food industry for more than 15 years and can’t imagine their life without it. In the covid stop we stood on our own feet and founded the company BBQ-ART-GASTRO. We started doing catering, backyard BBQ and rented a “food truck” shack and did street food our own way. After a successful start-up, we decided to buy our own American-style dream food truck. And what do we do? We do whatever we want :-) Mainly burgers, but also various sandwiches, bagels, hot dogs, original pizza-langos and creamy soups. Everything we can cook, bake, and grill we combine with baked goods from the family bakery Knappe, where our food truck is based.
