We are father and son – Pája and Paťo.

Since 2014, in Raškovice, we have been striving to make every bite of our products a gastronomic orgasm. We have fine-tuned our recipes so that we are proud of every single product and fully believe in its taste and quality.

It all started with the opening of a shop in Raškovice, where we realized there was no smoked-meat producer offering products that met our expectations. So we decided to start our own production. This opened the door to experimenting with and discovering not only traditional Czech smoked meats, but also international smoked-meat hits (pastrami, pulled beef, pulled pork, etc.).
