The first food truck in Ostrava

One of the first food trucks in the Czech Republic, we do street food from A to Z, traditional recipes of Mexican and Asian cuisine with a specialization in large Asian soups, ramen and creating the fifth taste of umami.

Part of our work takes place in the “lab” #mutantlab, where we create (one, two and three-phase fermentation, vinegar, inoculation with noble moulds and their further use) modified ingredients or their prefixes for application in the previously mentioned street food.
