In the industrial spaces of the Gong Hall in Dolní Vítkovice, we created a bakery specializing in Neapolitan pizza, hence the name PIZZA CHLEBA DOV. Within this space, which is not only a cultural landmark but also a heritage site of our ancestors—when craftsmanship was highly valued—a group of friends decided to join forces and establish a hands-on workshop. Here, you can observe the skills of artisans and masters of their craft. In the morning, we’ll brew you coffee and serve breakfast. In the afternoon, we’ll bake Neapolitan pizza. We bake for you throughout the day, so even in the evening, you can take home a warm loaf of bread.
