Goat farm Úvalno

Welcome to the Úvalno goat farm! We are a family farm dedicated to raising goats and producing delicious dairy products with love and care. Our journey began in 2013 when we brought in our first herd of pregnant goats. We have come a long way since then and are constantly striving to improve. I, Christine Stastny, along with my team, make sure that our goats are happy and healthy. Fresh goat cheeses – Yogurts – Curds – Bryndza – Grilled cheeses – Aged cheeses – Cheeses with white mould on the surface Each of our products is made with the utmost care and respect for traditional practices. We believe that you will feel the love of craftsmanship and the purity of nature in our products.

Excursions to the goat farm

Would you like to try out the role of a farmer or get a personal insight into the life of our herd of happy goats? We welcome every visitor. Come join us for a tour and experience the unique atmosphere of our family farm. Please arrange your visit in advance.

Excursion program

The length of the tour is approximately 60-90 minutes. During this time I will be fully engaged and happy to answer any questions you may have about goats and cheese making. I will take you to the pasture where you will get up close and personal with our herd. Our goats are used to the contact and I can say with confidence that they really enjoy the interest of visitors. At the end of the tour, you will be treated to a tasting of our products.

Tours are for groups of at least 4 adults only.

Also suitable for larger groups (kindergartens, schools).

We recommend a visit to the farm between April and November, when we have the most to see.
