Aztec Man Ostrava is a craft chocolate maker and café located right in the city center, where chocolate is created from the cocoa bean to the final bar. Carefully selected cocoa beans are sourced directly from plantations and processed on site using the traditional bean-to-bar method. The result is high-quality dark, milk, and white chocolate with distinctive flavors, which can be enjoyed not only as chocolate bars but also as hot chocolate and other chocolate specialties in the café.

No carnivore can resist it, and if you have a beer with it, you will be in heaven. You can quench your thirst with beer on tap, either Pilsner or Radegast. Our staff has undergone extensive training in beer tapping, so you don’t have to worry about any “suspects”. Come in for one… or even two. During the renovation, we also thought about your children, so we created a children’s zone, where the kids can easily have fun while you enjoy a beer and our grilled specialties without any problems. Colouring books, chalk board, toys and much more. That way, you’ll be able to have a few more beers.

On the farm we breed our own animals, from which we further process matured meat and sausages. We limit the E’s (nitrite salt) in production and the excellent taste of ostrich meat results in great products. For example: sausages, frankfurters, pates, salami, ham. From May to July, you can also buy ostrich eggs from us.

The Libušín restaurant and the Maměnka hotel have been a national cultural monument since 1995. Both buildings are preserved in the Folk Art Nouveau style, designed by Dušan Jurkovič.

In the restaurant you can enjoy honest Wallachian cuisine, relish time spent in the unique Jurkovič dining room and spend the night in the comfort of folklore in the Maměnka Hotel. A large part of our production deals with gluten-free products (gluten-free, vegan, sugar free, allergen-free), another integral part of production are vegan cakes and pastries, which have a long shelf life, can already be found in many points of sale. They can also be sent via PPL and are delicious.

With the reconstruction of the dilapidated cinema in Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem in 2016, the history of our craft brewery Ogar (originally Kunčický pivovar) and the brewery pub began to be written. What started with a whim of a long time and a desire to learn something new, has over the years become a wonderful place filled with good cheer of professionals. Thanks to their precise work and artisanal approach, after five years of operation Ogar offers beers appreciated not only by beer connoisseurs, but also by guests of renowned restaurants and customers of the largest Czech supermarket chains.

The right choice of ingredients for our beer is essential. But top-quality ingredients would be useless without the cutting-edge technologies and processes that make quality beer. That’s why we brew our beers in a modern stainless-steel mash tun, wort pan, mash tun and centrifugal kettle. All with a capacity of 10 hectolitres.

To keep our beer in the best shape possible before it reaches the pub and our customers, we have purchased a new CIP station and a keg washer with evaporation. We also recently overhauled all the lager tanks and beer paths. This allows our customers to enjoy their beer as much as we do right here at the brewery.
